Here are our core team members.

1. Winnie JOSEPH MA, MITI, MCIL, RPSI
   Production Director

   Winnie is from Hong Kong. She worked for the Hong Kong government as a civil servant, serving in various departments as a Chinese Language Officer for five years. Posted to District Board, Trade and Housing Departments, she provided translation and interpreting services for her colleagues.

2. Hugh JOSEPH BA, MA
   English Editor

   Hugh has been a qualified teacher of English for over 20 years. He has taught in English secondary schools, and is also experienced in teaching foreign students of different nationalities. He spent several years teaching English to students in Germany, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

3. Pauline WENG BA, MA
   Senior Project Manager

   Pauline recently joined Lingoes as a senior project manager and translator. She is from Taiwan and has been working in London as a full-time in-house translator since 2001. She holds a MA degree in Bilingual Translation from University of Westminster as well as a diploma in public services interpreting.

4. Mengchen WANG BA, MSc
   Translator/Project Manager

   Mengchen, one of our new Team members, is from Tianjin, China. Mengchen has been living in London since 2001. He graduated from University of Westminster, majored in Business-Marketing. In 2009, he completed the course of Scientific, Technical and Medical Translation with Translation Technologies in Imperial College London successfully and received a MSc degree.

5. Ying ZHOU BA, MSc
   Translator/Project Manager

   Ying also joined us recently and she is from Nanchang, China. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English (Advanced Translation and Interpreting) from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies(GDUFS). After graduating from GDUFS, she came to London for further education, working on Master's Degree in Scientific, Technical and Medical Translation with Translation Technologies at Imperial College London.
